COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro Face AGP3K-CORE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quicksilver product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the PA049100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2301SC4124 manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QCID2IG by Manufacturer Quicksilver as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quin Brand PTSQ4425 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quartech such as 9302 equipment made by Quartech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quartech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quartech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP70LG1124V made by Proface as well as the popular 217M10 original spares produced by Promess Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1906901486 by Promess and 9302 spares by Quartech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1560PDP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prosoft. |
